Neiva Engineering is a mechanical engineering firm that is solely devoted to the building services field. This entails the design of HVAC and plumbing requirements for the commercial, residential and educational sectors.

Building services can be quite complicated but we believe in trying to simplify problems such that you, the client, are fully satisfied with our work. No matter the size or the challenge a project brings we take pride in serving our clients with the utmost professionalism.

FRANCISCO MENDES, MASc., P.Eng

Francisco, born and raised in Kingston, ON, has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Queen’s University with a master’s degree from the Royal Military College of Canada. With nearly a decade of experience in plumbing and HVAC design, Francisco has extensive knowledge of both the ASHRAE standards and the Ontario Building Code. In addition to working as a mechanical designer/engineer he has worked on several projects as a project manager ensuring projects are completed on a timely basis.
